It can be so frustrating to wait for all of your RSVPs to come in so you can determine who is actually coming to your wedding and who isn’t. For the most part, snail-mail RSVPs are a thing of the past. Here’s why:

1. They’re not Convenient

We are a society conditioned to expect convenience in all areas of life. Why visit the department store when we can order online? Why cook something from scratch when we can pick it up from a restaurant? With the super busy lives we lead, convenience is a must. Therefore, filling out the little card and putting it in the mail isn’t convenient when individuals can talk to each other via text or on social networking sites. This is why a wedding website RSVP option is so great!

2. They Get Lost Easily

Your guest might have the best intentions but RSVP cards are super easy to lose. A lost RSVP card equals one RSVP card you’re not getting.

3. Lost in the Mail

Not only can RSVP cards get lost at your guest’s home, but it’s possible for the entire invitation to be lost in the mail. If this happens, not only will your guest not be RSVPing, but they’ll assume they weren’t invited. Or, the RSVP card can get lost on its way back to you.

This is why it’s so important to allow your guests to RSVP through your wedding website. It’s easier, faster and you’re much more likely to get your answers quickly.
